NDC 10481-6000-08 GORMEL TEN LOTION USE:: For moisturizing and softening dry, rough and hardened skin of feet, hands or elbows. ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Urea 10% OTHER INGREDIENTS: Water, Mineral Oil, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, White Wax, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Oleic Acid, Methyl Paraben, Triethanolamine, Propyl Paraben DESCRIPTION: Gormel Ten Lotion has been formulated to treat hyperkeratotic and very dry skin conditions, including fissures and plantar keratoma. Urea 10% in a lotion base acts as a keratolytic and hydrating agent, adding elasticity to the skin, and making it supple by drawing upon the body’s own moisture. This unscented lotion helps restore damaged skin to a normal, healthy look. It is recommended for treating: Rough dry heels, large areas of hardened skin, itching, skin exposed to harsh weather or cleansing agents, and exposed skin such as elbows and hands. CONTRAINDICATIONS/WARNINGS: Do not use in the presence of an acute infection. Avoid eye contact. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
